Red Carpet is a cinema, café and venue where people gather not only to enjoy the latest blockbusters, but for social events as well. The Red Carpet experience is further enhanced with the variety of food choices offered by its Cinebar as well as its carefully chosen set of concessionaires.

Red Carpet houses a total of five (5) cinemas, outfitted with a wide screen, giving customers a good view no matter where they are seated. These screens offer better luminance, resulting in brighter, more vivid images. Each cinema is also equipped with a digital projection system that ensures sharp on-screen display and Dolby Surround Sound System for crisp audio quality. To complete the cinematic experience, Red Carpet cinemas offer stadium-type seating, ensuring each customer’s view is clear and unobstructed as they enjoy catching the latest blockbusters.

Red Carpet’s five (5) cinemas have a total of 1,350 wide seats. Cinemas 1 to 4 are the venues of choice for corporate/company events due to the number of guests they can accommodate. For a more private setting and ambiance, the Premiere Theatre is the venue chosen by many companies because of the exclusivity it offers.

Tickets prices vary depending on the film, which may be viewed on the Red Carpet website.

Customers have two (2) options to purchase their tickets. The first option is to purchase them at any of the Red Carpet ticket counters at Shangri-La Mall (Levels 1 and 6 of the Main Wing and the Lower Ground Floor of the East Wing). The second option is to visit redcarpetattheshang.com and register using a valid email address. Once registered and logged in, customers can choose their seats and purchase tickets using their credit/debit cards. E-See Club members have the option to pay using their E-See Club load.

Only E-See Club members can reserve tickets, provided they have sufficient E-See Club load in their accounts to purchase the number of tickets reserved. Yes, tickets may be purchased up to one (1) week in advance. Customers are encouraged to visit redcarpetattheshang.com regularly to be updated on the latest movie showings, schedules, promos and mall events

Red Carpet honors the 20% discount per ticket which may only be used by the individual entitled to this benefit upon presentation of the government issued Senior Citizen / PWD card.

Movie passes and complimentary tickets are accepted only during the second week of showing of films. Red Carpet reserves the right to refuse such passes during the first week of showing, on holidays, or for other reasons such as tampering of passes. Red Carpet reserves the right to not honor passes for cancelled screenings or screenings in the Premiere Theatre.

Customers may purchase Red Carpet Cinema and Cinebar Gift Certificates (GCs) at the Treasury counter on the 5th Level Main Wing of Shangri-La Plaza.
