The Red Carpet E-See Club is an exclusive membership program that entitles you to rewards, privileges and discounts, and to reserve and pay for movie tickets ahead of time.

The approval of application and payment of the membership fee entitles the member to a personalized, reloadable smart card (E-See Club card) for online and off-site ticket purchases. Members can purchase tickets in advance via the web and do phone reservations as long as the E-See Club load is enough to purchase, or equivalent to, the total value of the tickets being reserved. Members also earn reward points each time a movie ticket is purchased.

Minimum age for membership eligibility is 18 years. Minors aged 12 to 17 years old may obtain membership with a parent’s or guardian’s consent. Application forms are available at the Red Carpet ticket counters on Level 6 and at the satellite counters located on Level 1 and the Lower Ground floor of the East Wing of Shangri-La Plaza. Online applications can also be done at redcarpetattheshang.com.





Membership is activated upon the approval of application and payment of the membership fee of P350 at the Red Carpet E-See Club lane or at any of the Red Carpet ticket counters on Levels 1 and 6 of the Main Wing and the Lower Ground floor of the East Wing. The E-See Club card will be issued no later than five (5) working days after payment of application. Upon issuance of the E-See Club card, the member will be asked to key in a Personal Identification Number (PIN) that will be used for all transactions.

Lost or stolen cards should immediately be reported to the Red Carpet Hotline (633-4735 / 633-2227) for deactivation. Members must fill out the Card Replacement Form at the E-See Club lane counter or just visit redcarpetattheshang.com. Members must submit the printed form, together with the presentation of two (2) valid government issued IDs and replacement fee to the E-See Club lane at the Red Carpet ticket counter. The lost or stolen card will be replaced at a cost of P150. Upon issuance of the replacement card, all membership data will be transferred.

The E-See Club membership is deactivated if the E-See Club card is not used for over six (6) months.





You may top up your E-See Club load from any of the Red Carpet ticket counters on Levels 1 and 6 of the Main Wing and the Lower Ground floor of the East Wing. The minimum top up is P1,000.

Refunds on purchased load are not allowed.





Online purchase via E-See Club load may be done at any time as long as the E-See Club load Wallet has sufficient funds to cover the total value of the tickets being purchased. Should the E-See Club load be insufficient, a member may also purchase using a credit card.

Simply present a printed or digital copy of the Online Receipt with the QR code to the porter for admission; or proceed to the E-See Club lane at the Red Carpet ticket counter on Level 6 or to the satellite counters located on Level 1 of the Main Wing and the Lower Ground floor of the East Wing, and present your E-See Club card for ticket printing.

Completed online purchase transactions cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Credit cards may be used to purchase tickets via the Red Carpet website. While a P20 convenience fee will be charged on top of the ticket price, members will still earn points for each ticket purchase.





Only E-See Club members may reserve through the phone. Seats may be reserved via the Red Carpet hotline (633-4735 / 633-2227) as long as the member’s E-See Club load wallet has sufficient funds to cover the total value of the tickets being reserved. Red Carpet reserves the right to cancel unclaimed reservations without notice within 60 minutes before the screening time.

Reserved tickets are claimed at any of the Red Carpet ticket counters on Levels 1 and 6 of the Main Wing and the Lower Ground floor of the East wing. Reserved tickets must be claimed at least one (1) hour prior to the start of the movie screening.





A new member who wishes to purchase tickets online must use his/her username in the application form. To log-in, the member must go to the Member’s Corner link. For first-time log-in, the member should type his/her username, followed by his/her pin as the initial or temporary password. The system will then request for a new or permanent password.

Usernames may be recovered by calling the Red Carpet hotline (633-4735 / 633-2227). Passwords may be changed by clicking on the “forgot password?” link on the E-See Club website and following the instructions. This will allow the member to access the account once again.

Members may request a PIN reset at the E-See Club lane or reset it online via the website. Once logged in, the PIN reset button is located in the Member’s Account page under the Member’s Corner tab.

Reward vouchers can be claimed on-site at the Red Carpet ticket counters on Level 6.

Ticket prices are displayed on the website under each corresponding film title. Customers may also inquire by calling the Red Carpet hotline at 633-4735 / 633-2227.

Tickets cannot be purchased over a land line phone. Tickets may be purchased using a smart phone with data connection via the website redcarpetattheshang.com on the mobile browser.

You may purchase tickets up to one (1) week in advance for regular films. The website redcarpetattheshang.com will be updated regularly with the latest blockbuster advance selling announcements and promos.
